Refund / Cancellation Policy

24-hour courtesy cancellation

For most airline tickets, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the departure is at least 7 days away. After that window, airline fare rules apply.

How fare rules work

Every fare we quote carries the airline's own rules. Refundable fares can be canceled for a refund of the fare (minus any supplier fees). Non-refundable fares may still be cancelable for airline credit toward future travel. Your specialist will always tell you which kind of fare you're buying before you confirm — ask if you're unsure.

Hotels and other bookings

• Hotels follow the cancellation window shown to you at booking (often free until 24–72 hours before check-in).
• Cruise, tour, and package bookings follow the supplier's published schedule, which we'll share before you pay.
• Some promotional rates are non-refundable; this is always disclosed before you confirm.

How to request a cancellation or refund

1. Call (844) 782-0683 with your booking reference ready.
2. We confirm the applicable fare rules and any fees on the call before anything is changed.
3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved by the supplier, we submit it promptly. Airlines typically take 7–14 business days, and hotels 5–10 business days, for the credit to appear on your statement. We'll follow up with you until the refund is confirmed.

If your trip is disrupted

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, call us. We'll rebook you on the best available alternative or pursue a refund from the airline on your behalf — at no service fee from Flyora.

Our fees

Flyora charges no booking fee for standard reservations. If a supplier charges change or cancellation fees, we'll quote them before you decide — there are no surprises after the call.
